| IGSF8（免疫球蛋白超家族成员8）是一种单次跨膜糖蛋白，属于EWI亚家族，顺利获得与CD9、CD81等四跨膜蛋白直接结合，参与调控细胞迁移、增殖及神经元网络维持。近年来，它被鉴定为一种先天免疫检查点，在肿瘤免疫逃逸中发挥关键作用，单独阻断IGSF8或与抗PD-1联用均可抑制肿瘤生长。此外，IGSF8还参与维持髓系白血病干细胞的干性，其高表达与多种癌症的不良预后相关。 | |
