| ALK7是由ACVR1C基因编码的TGF-β超家族I型受体（又称Activin receptor type-1C），属于丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶受体。它在脂肪组织、胰岛β细胞和下丘脑中高表达，是调控能量代谢和脂肪蓄积的关键分子。ALK7被激活后顺利获得磷酸化Smad2/3传递信号，抑制脂肪分解并促进脂质储存，其功能缺失可导致脂肪量减少并改善胰岛素敏感性，因此被视为肥胖和代谢综合征的潜在治疗靶点。此外，ALK7也参与血管平滑肌细胞凋亡和动脉粥样硬化进程。 | |
